design research practice · new york / milan
slowobjects is a design research practice working at the intersection of material culture, craft, and social intention.
Founded by Vittorio Di Girolamo, the studio treats object-making as an extension of human stories.
Each project begins with fieldwork, listening to communities, materials, and techniques at risk of disappearing, then designing objects that carry cultural weight.
